JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER

Position: Junior Interior Designer with Sales Experience
Location: Amsterdam and/or Rotterdam
Type of Employment: Full-Time
Salary: €14.00 - €18.00 per hour + performance-based commissions

Are you an experienced interior designer with a flair for sales and a passion for high-end retail? LAZZONI Nederland is seeking Interior Designers to join our luxury showrooms in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. If you thrive in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment, this is the role for you!

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (required).
  • 1-3 years of experience in interior design or related fields (internships included).
  • Familiarity with 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
  • A strong passion for modern design and excellent customer service skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Designers to create personalized living solutions for clients.
  • Assist in preparing 3D floor plans, renderings, and design presentations.
  • Welcome customers in the showroom and guide them through LAZZONI’s luxury product range.
  • Promote our Interior Design Services and support the sales process by generating leads.
  • Help maintain showroom displays and ensure a premium client experience.

Training & Development

  • Receive comprehensive training on LAZZONI products, 3D design software, and Point-of-Sale systems.
  • Gain mentorship from Senior Designers to develop technical and creative skills.

Function Details

  • Full-time (36 hours/week) with flexible schedules matching showroom operations, including weekends and holidays.

Showroom hours

  • Monday: 13:00 – 17:30
  • Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 – 17:30
  • Friday: 10:00 – 21:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 17:30
  • Sunday: 12:00 – 17:00
