INTERIOR DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER

Position: Interior Designer with Sales Experience (Rotterdam & Amsterdam)
Location: Amsterdam and/or Rotterdam
Type of Employment: Full-Time
Salary: €16.00 - €22.00 per hour + performance-based commissions

Are you an experienced interior designer with a flair for sales and a passion for high-end retail? LAZZONI Nederland is seeking Interior Designers to join our luxury showrooms in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. If you thrive in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment, this is the role for you!

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (required).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior design and sales.
  • A passion for modern design and the ability to drive sales through customer service.
  • Experience with 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, pCon, Lumion, or 3D Max).
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent social and communication skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent the LAZZONI brand with professionalism and style in the showroom.
  • Welcome customers, understand their unique needs, and provide personalized design solutions.
  • Prepare floor plans, 3D renderings, and presentations to promote our Interior Design Services.
  • Build strong customer relationships and close sales with a consultative approach.
  • Maintain showroom standards to reflect our brand’s luxury identity.
  • Quickly address customer inquiries and resolve challenges creatively and effectively.

Training & Development

  • Receive comprehensive training on LAZZONI products, 3D design software, and Point-of-Sale systems.

Function Details

  • Full-time (36 hours/week) with flexible schedules matching showroom operations, including weekends and holidays.

Showroom hours

  • Monday: 13:00 – 17:30
  • Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00 – 17:30
  • Friday: 10:00 – 21:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 17:30
  • Sunday: 12:00 – 17:00
